The excavation permitted to inquire the formerly inhabited levels which d back to different phases from the Neolithic and the Iron Age. Besides there is a small evidence of roman presence: in the south- west corner of the trench the ground gave free some coins, fibulae and a burial place for a newborn.
Regarding the settlement from the Iron Age numerous structures of wide-ranging typology and function were investigated, among them dwellings and basements; these are of rectangular shape with vertical wooden poles inserted into the walls. The settlement had been affected by a fire beneath which several clay loom weights and many well preserved charred beams were found.
In one of the basement rooms, under the fire layer a unique discovery put in light a grave containing two individuals buried prone, placed with their feet at the level of the others head. The individual buried first had his hands tied behind his back. Probably we are in front of a violent event (i.e. an execution) and not a sacrifice.
